1. Does Underated Designs Ship Worldwide?

Yes. Shipping Worldwide is offered through Underated Designs. Prices for shipping will be calculated at checkout. No set price is determined until you input your address at checkout.

 2. Can I return my order ?

No. All sales are final because majority of the products on the site are customized due to all the different options available for thread. It is encouraged that you double check your orders before check-out to minimize any mistakes for your order.

3. What happens if I place my order but I made a mistake with Colour, Size or even Thread Colour?

You can use the chat option that is available on the website, and message me as soon as possible after placing your order. It would be my pleasure to modify any changes that you need. If you have received a notification that your order is being shipped out, NO changes can be made after this time. 

 4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on how busy it is. Completion of orders usually take 1-10 days to be completed, and depending on where you live, shipping usually takes 1-14 days for arrive to your address.

5. When is the busiest time of year? How does that effect my order process?

The busiest time of year Christmas season. The holidays are extremely busy. Your order might take longer to complete due to high amounts of orders coming in. Shipping might take a little longer as well as carriers are the same as those from known companies, meaning they might be delayed as well. This is not something I can speed up on my part unfortunately. Underated Designs please asks you to be patient as I want to ensure that all orders are completed properly, and no mistakes are made. Thank you. 

6. How do I place a Customized Order?

What you will need to do is CHECKOUT (purchase) a Customized Hoodie or Customized Crewneck, with proper size and colour. After that, you will receive and order number. EX; 1234 (4-digits). When you get that number you will fill out the form on the Customized Order Form page, located in the side bar menu. When that is finished I will contact you with photos of what i have digitized and we will go from there!

7. Are your sizes female, male or unisex?

All products are Unisex sizes
